Thank you for considering Resurrection Life Church as the location to make your life-long commitment! The following is information concerning our marriage ceremonies.
Weddings will be performed on Fridays or Saturdays.
Fridays: no weddings after 7:00 p.m.
(everything must be completed by 9:00 p.m.)
Saturdays: no weddings after 1:00 p.m.
(everything must be completed by 3:00 p.m. to set up for Saturday evening services)
Cost of ceremony: $300.00
Required classes: $100.00
The cost covers the gift for the pastor, sound person, tape of the ceremony, and the wedding coordinator. For off-campus weddings, an additional charge may be negotiated.
There are a few additional services that we offer for a small fee. The wedding coordinator can cover those when you meet (these involve video and reception items).
Wedding Guidelines:
1. The date can only be approved for the church calendar after you have met with a staff pastor. It is important that you contact us at least 6 months before you set your wedding date. Only Resurrection Life Church staff pastors will perform the marriage ceremonies.
2. You must complete the pre-marriage classes before the wedding date. The classes take 9 weeks to complete.
3. The church wedding coordinator will be assigned to assist you in making it a memorable event.
4. A deposit will be expected when you meet with the wedding coordinator, the remainder is due by the wedding date.
5. You must select and arrange for your own florist, pianist, soloist or other musicians.
