Day 20

– GOD DOESN’T MAKE JUNK

We are God’s masterpiece. He doesn’t make junk, and therefore should view ourselves as loved and full of potential

Reflect: You can discover the value of something based on how much another person is willing to pay for it. Jesus Christ laid down his life in order to pay the penalty of sin and restore us back into a relationship with God. What does that communicate about our value to God? Ephesians 2:10 says, “for we are God’s masterpiece. He created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.” Not only are we God’s masterpiece but those around us are as well. If we lack to see the value in ourselves it’s hard to value those around us. God doesn’t make junk. Your value is wrapped up in God because He made you in His image.

Action:  Read Ephesians chapters 1-3 and write down the portions that stand out to you.
