– Know God
God wants to know everyone personally. It’s not about religion. It’s about relationship
Reflect: In today’s day, God is probably the most misunderstood figure out there. We paint Him out to be mystical and unapproachable; that His heart and motives will never fully be grasped. Even insurance companies deem natural disasters as “an act of God”. Through this, we find ourselves standing back and analyzing the details of our lives as we allow circumstances and emotions to dictate what we believe about God instead of allowing the word to set the precedent. Romans 12 states that when we allow God’s word to transform our mind THEN we will be able to know what God’s good and acceptable and perfect will is. We were created to know God’s will. Our heart as a church is to equip you with this.
